Author Instructions

The submissions should contain original, high quality, not submitted or published elsewhere work. Papers should be submitted electronically (through ICTAI 2019 web site) in pdf format and should conform to IEEE specifications (single-spaced, double-column, 10-point font size, up to 8 pages). Camera Ready Instructions

Authors with accepted papers need to make the appropriate corrections to their papers, according to the reviewers comments. Please ensure that all details are correct, like the authors names are in the right order and the title of the paper has no errors, because these information will be used to generate the proceedings. Authors must register before submitting the final version of their paper.

To be published in the IEEE ICTAI 2019 Conference proceedings the authors of the accepted papers are required to have a full registration for the conference (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by one of the authors at the conference. Accepted, registered and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore.

Your camera ready must be submitted no later than 27 August 2019 in order to be included in the conference proceedings. Keep the information given to you after the final submission as they will be needed at the conference check in.

Paper Presentation

Each accepted paper should be presented by one of the authors and accompanied by at least one full registration fee payment, to guarantee publication in the proceedings. All accepted papers will be included in proceedings of ICTAI 2019 that will be published by the IEEE Computer Society.
